Advantage Commercial is operated by Century 21 Advantage in Red Deer, Alberta. We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian and Alberta privacy requirements, including Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

When you submit a property inquiry or other website form, we may collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, telephone number, the property you are asking about, and the content of your message.
Our website infrastructure may also receive limited technical information that is normally transmitted when websites are used, such as IP address, browser or device information, request timestamps, and security or server logs.
Why we collect and use it
We collect and use personal information only for reasonable purposes connected with our commercial real estate services. These purposes may include responding to your inquiry, providing information you requested, arranging a property viewing or consultation, routing a property inquiry to the appropriate Century 21 Advantage commercial real estate professional, maintaining records of communications, protecting the website against abuse or fraud, and meeting legal or regulatory obligations.
Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing communications.
Who may receive your information
A property inquiry may be routed to the Century 21 Advantage listing agent or another appropriate Century 21 Advantage commercial real estate professional so that your request can be answered. We may also use technology service providers that support website hosting, database storage, email delivery, mapping, security, and related website operations.
We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
Service providers and processing locations
We use service providers to operate this website. Our current primary website providers include:
- Supabase — Canada. Our primary application database is deployed in the Canada Central region and is used to store website application data, including submitted inquiry records.
- Vercel — primarily United States. Vercel provides website hosting, server-side processing, delivery, security and service-generated logs. Vercel may also use subprocessors and processing infrastructure in other countries.
- Resend — United States. Resend is used to deliver property-inquiry emails to the appropriate Century 21 Advantage real estate professional.
Information processed outside Canada may be subject to the laws of the country where it is processed. Our Privacy Officer can answer questions about our service-provider policies and practices, including the collection, use, disclosure or storage of personal information by service providers outside Canada.
How long we keep information
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, for legitimate business record-keeping, and to satisfy applicable legal, regulatory, professional, or dispute-resolution requirements. Information that is no longer reasonably required is deleted, anonymized, or otherwise securely disposed of when appropriate.
Safeguards
We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect information against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or loss.
Access, correction and consent
You may contact us to ask about personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, or ask questions about how your information has been collected, used or disclosed. Property pages may contain links to REALTOR.ca, virtual tours, brochures, floor plans, Google Maps, and other third-party services. Those services operate under their own privacy practices. Opening or interacting with a third-party service may result in information being sent directly to that provider. Google Maps is used for property-location display and is not used to process information entered into our inquiry forms.
